In 1227 An assize etc., if Henry de Rewel *(Rule) had unjustly disseised. Jordan de Pivelsdon, (Puleston), Robert de Badenhale and Hugh de Flotesbroc of their common pasture in Haldeton belonging to their free tenement in the same vill. The jury say that Henry disseised them of the common pasture in 18 acres. Henry in misericordia. His surety is Henry de Mutton. Damages 2s.
Robert de Badenhale, Jordan de Pivelsdon, (Puleston), and Hugh de Flotesbroc accused Henry de Rewel *(Rule) of ejecting them from 18 acres common pasture belonging to their free tenement in in Haldeton . They won their case and Henry had to pay 2s damages.

Manors of Chartley in Staffs
Assignment by Sir Jas.Gray and Jas. Brudenell, at direction of George, Sewallis, and John Shirley, and Stephen Bisse, to Thos.Revell (trustee of Bisse) of mortgage term of 200 years in Manors of Chartley, etc., in Staffs., made 24 Oct.1741 for raising annuities of £100 to George, Sewallis and John Shirley - mortgage assigned by Coppinger and Cheveley to Bisse to secure £23000; upon trust to raise the sum of £23000 and annuities of £100 as aforementioned.
