Vasco - a truly fine dining experience
Vasco is an independent family run Restaurant and Bar in Rotherham’s smart suburb of Wickersley.
The stylish female-friendly Bar is on the ground floor and serves premium drinks at pub prices. There is an outside patio area with parasols and tables and chairs giving a continental feel, for if and when the sun shines. Our wine list is extensive without being expensive. Our Summer time wine offer is: "Buy two large glasses of house wine and get the rest of the bottle free".
The Restaurant is upstairs and serves modern British cuisine to a very high standard. The decor is contemporary with an open kitchen to add theatre to your evening. Service is attentive but unpretentious. Our mission is to give Rotherham a food offering every bit as good as any top class restaurant in Sheffield and the surrounding area at value for money prices. You no longer need to travel for a truly fine dining experience.
Lunch is served Monday to Saturday between 12.00 and 2.30pm.
Evening meals are served Monday to Saturday from 6.30pm with last orders at 9.30pm.
Traditional Sunday Lunch is served from 12.00 with last orders at 3.00pm.
In our attempt to offer diners exceptional value for money we have a Fixed Price menu which runs alongside our A La Carte menu Monday to Friday from 6.30 until 8.00pm.
Sunday evenings are Music/Special Event orientated. We would encourage any bright ideas from outside. Just contact Trevor or Heidi.
