Enterprising Rotherham
Rotherham Enterprise is a community-based programme designed to help you consider self-employment or starting up your own businesses.
Your Community Business Coaches
Thanks to the new Rotherham Enterprise project, you now have access to your own Business Coach, no matter where you live in Rotherham. Whether you have an idea for a business or not, you can speak in confidence to your local Community Business Coach. He or she will be able to discuss your ideas, your ambitions, and your concerns - all in total confidence. They will help you access the information you need; help you develop your business idea; help you increase your confidence; tell you about the research you need to do; help you put a plan together.
How can my business coach help?
There is a team of three Business Coaches covering Rotherham Metropolitan Borough:
- Julia Millea covers the north of the Borough
- Bernadette Grocock covers the Rotherham town centre areas
- Rob Moorhouse covers the south and east of the borough
They will be running awareness sessions, drop-ins and clinics in your local library and other public access points.
Once you have contacted a Business Coach, he or she will arrange one-to-one meetings and guide you through the process of explaining self-employment.
All the Business Coach activity is completely free. If you would like to speak to a Business Coach about your business idea, visit the RiDO Community Business Coach website, E-Mail or phone
