We strive to support local artists and raise awareness of the huge talent in Rotherham through training, studio spaces, websites, workshops, artist talks, volunteering, digital training as well as exhibitions like this one. We are delighted to have CAZMAZ as a new member of ROAR and hope many people can come and check out this new show. Matt Butt, Creative Development, ROAR".
CAZMAZ Biography
Caz is a Michigan native, an American lassy that finds herself now residing in England. She has been into art ever since she was able to walk pretty much. Caz was certified in Graphic Design along with being an artist and writer. "Love has always been my muse and a very powerful, passionate, inspiring drive behind my work...the complexities of the emotions felt; disappointment, elation, rejection, suffocatingly sweet and intoxicating. We all experience varying levels of 'love growth' in each of our lives. To me, figuring out what 'true love' is and if it does actually exist has been just as much of an obsession throughout my whole life as the need to express how it affects me emotionally through my work." -Caz
Love is, in the artist's humble opinion, the only thing in life truly worth living for. Caz's hope is that her work technology. We are, in fact, never completely alone or misunderstood. Her desire is to mirror your vunerabilities, your deeply affected emotional states of mind, your many hopeless yet hopeful variables that lead to a unifying change of mindset and inevitable growth as individuals.
